Hadith
أَحَبُّ الصِّيَامِ إِلَى اللَّهِ صِيَامُ دَاوُدَ كَانَ يَصُومُ يَوْمًا وَيُفْطِرُ يَوْمًا
"The most beloved fasting to Allah is the fasting of Dawud. He used to fast one day and break his fast the next day."
