Ayyam al-Bidh (white days)

Monthly

The 13th, 14th, and 15th of each Hijri month are known as the white days (Ayyam al-Bidh) because the moon is full and the nights are bright. The Prophet ﷺ advised fasting three days of each month.

"My close friend (the Prophet ﷺ) advised me to do three things: to fast three days of each month, to pray two rak'at of Duha, and to pray Witr before sleeping."
Sahih al-Bukhari 1981 Sahih
"Did the Messenger of Allah ﷺ observe fast for three days during every month?" She (Aisha) said: "Yes."
Sahih Muslim 1160 Sahih
Fasting three days of each month is equivalent to fasting the entire year.
