Thursday fasting
WeeklyThe Prophet ﷺ encouraged fasting on Thursday because deeds are presented to Allah on Mondays and Thursdays, and he loved for his deeds to be presented while he was fasting.
Hadith
تُعْرَضُ الأَعْمَالُ يَوْمَ الاِثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيسِ فَأُحِبُّ أَنْ يُعْرَضَ عَمَلِي وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ
"Deeds are presented on Monday and Thursday, and I love that my deeds be presented while I am fasting."
Reward
Deeds are presented to Allah on Monday and Thursday.
